This handbook outlines a few simple guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for you and for our residential community. 🔑 Check-In & Access A valid government-issued ID is required from all guests before check-in Only guests included in the booking are permitted inside the apartment Entry access (door passcode) is shared only after successful ID verification In case verification is not completed, the booking will be cancelled automatically 🏊 Pool & Society Amenities Pool access is governed by society timings and rules Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times Please carry your own swimwear and towels for pool use 🌿 Deck Use The deck is for the enjoyment of registered guests only Please be mindful of neighbours when using the deck after 10:00 PM No glass beyond a certain point — for safety, please keep glassware indoors 🚭 Smoking & Pets The apartment is a strictly non-smoking indoor space Pets are not allowed 🔇 Noise, Gatherings & Community Living This is a premium residential society, and we request guests to be mindful of neighbours.
